UPDATE:
So as i posted before i've been training for a half marathon and i was up to 4 miles last time. Well i'm pleased to say that I am not successfully at 6, whoop, whoop! The running is so good it clears my head, and is an awesome workout. (Hopefully it will help me drop a few pounds before the wedding, which is 40 days away now.) Steph who is my running partner is doing awesome too, i think its safe to say for the both of us though that this 8 mile run on saturday is going to be a tough one!
